Job Overview

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Retrieve and affix MRP/DL stickers to implant boxes upon import shipment arrival.
    • Update the Surgery-Purchase Order Received Report, Pending Purchase Order File, and Consignment File Update in a timely manner.
    • Monitor and update consignment details, instrument availability status, and filing work efficiently.
    • Coordinate with accounts for PO approval and ensure smooth delivery of printouts.
    • Remove implants based on received Purchase orders, create delivery notes, and arrange dispatch accordingly.
    • Notify regarding no-stock materials from PO immediately to concerned ASM.
    • Perform monthly stock-taking and conduct ad-hoc stock checks as required.
    • Follow up on consignment materials with PlusMark, Nikhil, and ensure timely receipt at HO within 3 days.
    • Inform distributors about courier details, material dispatch/pending on hold status.
    • Verify courier PODs and amounts.
    • Enter consignment returns to Tally – material in / Rejection-in entry.
    • Regularly inspect near-expired implants and inform seniors.
    • Carry out any additional stores tasks as per senior instructions.
