We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a senior interior designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and functional designs that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design concepts for residential projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.">
  • Conduct site visits to assess space requirements and provide expert advice on design solutions.">
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.">
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of design trends, technologies, and industry standards.">
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior designers to enhance their skills and performance.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably in a senior or lead role.">
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and budget constraints.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors.">
  • Strong technical skills in CAD software, Google Sketch-up, and AutoCAD, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.">
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.">

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch, or equivalent degree in related field.">
  • Registered Interior Designer (RID) certification, if applicable.">

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Google Sketch-up and Adobe Creative Suite.">
  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.">

  • Ability to travel to client sites and attend meetings, as required.">
