Database Architect Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Architect Specialist to support the delivery of complex transformation projects.
- Elicit and analyze business requirements across various stakeholders, working with cross-functional teams to interface those requirements.
- Develop logical and physical data models that adhere to agreed standards, meeting both business and technical requirements.
- Create and maintain metadata, including entity and attribute naming, table and column definitions, and data types.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Strong data analysis and modeling experience (4-8 years).
- Financial domain expertise and skills in requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database design.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
