We are seeking an experienced Certification Specialist to join our team. The role will involve planning and execution of certification and compliance activities for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).

About the Role:

The Certification Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to obtain a deep understanding of products, test requirements, and generate requirement proposals and execution plans along with budgetary and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and execute comprehensive certification strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.">
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as certification bodies, DGCA, QCI, and CEMILAC to understand product environment and compliances.">
  • Conduct thorough analysis of tender documents, scheme documents, compliance standards, and drone rules to generate test requirements proposals.">
  • Plan and execute periodic internal audits to identify and analyze compliance risks and implement mitigation measures.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.">
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technical compliance, with at least 5 years in the UAS industry.">
  • Exceptional understanding and hands-on experience working with regulatory frameworks - national and international.">
  • Proven experience with product testing, process analysis, and certification activities.">
