English Editor Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented editor to join our English website team. The ideal candidate will possess strong editorial judgment, excellent command of English, and the ability to edit and rewrite news content with speed and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Edit, rewrite, and fact-check city news stories for grammar, clarity, and style.
  • Ensure accuracy, speed, and adherence to editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with reporters and editorial leads for timely coverage.
  • Craft engaging headlines and optimize stories for digital reach.

A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field is required. 1–3 years of experience in news editing (digital preferred) is necessary. Strong news sense, grammar, and attention to detail are essential skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is also required.
