We help marketing, creative, and strategy teams move from idea to action in minutes instead of weeks.

The Head of Information Security will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an enterprise-wide vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.

This includes safeguarding against internal and external threats, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, standards, and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Lead security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organisation.
  • Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimise impact and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity, and assess their potential impact on security posture.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in information security roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, security operations, and incident response.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
