Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Quality Assurance team as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). In this role, you will be responsible for writing and maintaining automated tests to ensure the highest quality standards across the application.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of QA processes, and a proven ability to work independently. As an SDET, you will play a critical role in mentoring junior team members, ensuring best practices in testing, and collaborating effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for both UI and backend using Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, Postman, and Cucumber frameworks.
  • Develop, enhance, and refactor automation frameworks to ensure scalability, maintainability, and reusability.
  • Write and maintain test cases that cover functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly analyze complex issues and resolve them independently.
  • Ability to debug, isolate, and fix issues in both test code and application code.
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments and services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Experience in the game industry or with game-specific automation is a plus.
