Job Purpose

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional housekeeping services to guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas, and circulatory areas, ensuring the hotel's standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level, overseeing and supervising all tasks of the team.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries, adhering to established standards and procedures.
  • Supervise public areas, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Replenish guest supplies and promptly attend to guest requests, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Address reports of damage or malfunction in hotel rooms, taking prompt action to resolve issues.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and functional state, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Prepare and submit accurate section floor reports, providing valuable insights into team performance.
  • Conduct regular room checklists, ensuring rooms meet the hotel's standards.
  • Report any unusual behavior or activities on floors to the Executive Housekeeper, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Record room status accurately, providing essential information for team management.
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members' attendance and performance, contributing to the team's growth and development.
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
Qualifications
  • Hold a 03-year Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Have 02-03 years of work experience and prior relevant experience.
  • Exhibit the ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and time management.
