Senior Cloud Consultant Job Description

This is a senior-level role responsible for enhancing and maintaining LN applications.

The consultant will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that LN applications meet business requirements and are optimized for performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of Production Issues and support continuous Operations and delivery pipeline.
  • Proactiveness in responding to customer queries and regular updates on Incidents.
  • Analysis of Extension Source Code and development tasks relative to platforms support and service delivery.
  • Effective communication with internal and external teams as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Active participation in meetings and coordination with other teams.
  • Availability for Support 24*7 in case of production down issues.
  • Willingness to extend and support over weekends & holidays to ensure that customer business is not impacted.
  • Driving technical innovation and efficiency in cloud infrastructure operations via Digital Innovation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in LN Development, scripting, and code debugging.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience within the Information Technology field.
  • Openness to learning LN CorePlus & Addon applications as required by daily tasks.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools, ION, BODs.
  • Experience with generating and analyzing Trace Files, CGP s, Parallel Processing.
  • Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passionate about coding and building software to automate actions.
  • Able to learn and explore Cloud technologies quickly. Eager to both learn and mentor.
  • Minimum 3yrs Experience in Full-time customization, new Developments.
  • Able to debug and analyze issues in Cloud, LN, and Factory Track Integrations.
