We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager School Partnership to join our team at Texila Educare Healthcare and Technology Enterprise Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our school partnerships network across India.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments from partner schools.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, orientation, and training programs for school counselors and staff.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field, along with minimum 10-15 years of experience in B2B and B2C Sales. Experience working with schools and proven ability to meet enrollment targets are preferred.
