Cloud Operations Specialist Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

This is a technical expert-level position responsible for maintaining and providing excellent cloud operations services to customers.

You will work closely with teams to support the execution of complex solutions, combining expertise in Kubernetes with the development of cloud-native applications using serverless and container technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters at scale.
  • Leverage serverless technologies to develop new intellectual property (IP).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institute.
Required Skills:
  • 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and Development roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing Kubernetes workloads.
  • Minimum of 5+ years working on microservices/containers/serverless/event driven architectures.
  • Experience creating and managing production scale Kubernetes clusters.
  • Solid understanding of internal workings within Kubernetes clusters.
  • Performing application deployments on Kubernetes cluster.
  • Managing Kubernetes classes of Kubernetes objects.
  • Experience in setting up observability for Kubernetes clusters.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS.
  • Vendor certifications in Virtualization, Systems, Storage, Networking.
