
Senior Human Resources Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a senior human resources professional to manage core HR functions, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, administrative tasks, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll & Compliance:
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations and standards.
- Maintain and update employee records related to salary, attendance, and statutory deductions.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive work culture and resolve internal conflicts professionally.
- Conduct regular employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
- Handle smooth exit formalities, full and final settlements, and exit interviews.
- Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure company HR policies are up to date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to internal compliance standards.
- Administrative & Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and maintain office hygiene.
- Support logistics for meetings, events, and office activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, PF & ESI, and HR compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
