Job Opportunity: Macro Planner & Scheduler

About the Role:

  • Implement planning process improvements and support throughout a full project lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, LESS, or SaFe, with experience working in agile product or project teams.
  • Lead DELMIA Quintiq implementations, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Configure and customize DELMIA Quintiq modules to meet specific business needs.
  • Understand master data concepts, including material master data, bills of materials, routing, work centers, and production versions.
  • Integrate DELMIA Quintiq with other systems and modules (e.g., ERP systems, MES systems).
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues in production planning, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.
  • Support business key users and end-users to resolve issues.
  • Prepare functional and technical specifications for customizations and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of DELMIA Quintiq Macro Planner and Scheduler configurations.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation project.
  • Integration experience with relevant systems and modules like SAP PP and/or MES.
  • Ability to create functional specifications for custom development.
  • Proficiency in production master data management: material master data, bills of materials, routing, and production versions.
  • Brief understanding of data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.
