About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to create high-quality training content that meets the specific needs of our clients. As a key member of our digital transformation and cybersecurity programs, you will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive training programs on complex technical topics.

Your primary role will be to design and develop training programs on Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing. You will also be responsible for translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging training materials, including presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.

In addition to content development, you will also be responsible for reviewing content created by other team members and freelance content developers, maintaining and updating the repository of all content created, and coordinating with graphic designers to format content in required templates.

You will work closely with our internal trainers and freelance trainers to ensure their comprehensive understanding of the content created or reviewed. You will also facilitate client support activities by proper and timely communication of issues to the relevant party.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least one of the following certifications – CompTIA Security+, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900 or any equivalent degrees.
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in designing high-quality training programs on complex technical topics.
  • Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
