Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer to lead our software testing division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, REST API and Appium testing.
  • Develop test automation frameworks and optimize existing ones based on the latest changes.
  • Lead defect detection, problem-solving and troubleshooting with software.
  • Design overall testing plans and master test schedules for simple-level projects.
  • Maintain quality assurance of projects/applications in a lead capacity role.
  • Recommend quality improvement initiatives for future releases.
  • Coach and mentor other team members.
  • Build frameworks for mobile automation and integrate them with current frameworks.
  • Define and execute system integration tests across supported platforms (iOS, Android, Web) to ensure end-to-end quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5-6 years of experience in automation testing in agile environments.
  • Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver automation framework.
  • Experience with REST API testing automation.
  • Strong understanding of Core Java and OO concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of product development lifecycles and SDLC processes.
