Job Overview

The Quality Director plays a pivotal role in driving quality excellence across multiple regions, including North America, Europe, and Latin America. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance program, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead process audits and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on areas such as Six Sigma, Lean, and BPM.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a director-level role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, and BPM methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making.
Skills
  • Trained/Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Facilitator, Process Audits, BPM, SOP Creation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
