  • Defect Identification: Defects are identified and rectified within the production process, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Preventative and Corrective Actions: Recommendations, implementation, and monitoring of preventative and corrective actions ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Data Analysis: Statistical data is compiled and analyzed to inform quality-related decisions.
  • User Expectation Management: User expectations are ensured to be met during the testing process, fostering a positive user experience.
  • Policy Development: Quality assurance policies and procedures are drafted, ensuring compliance with industry regulatory requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Customer complaints and product issues are investigated, providing timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
