Job Title: Validation Specialist

Description:

A Validation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer system validation, quality compliance, and GxP system. They should have hands-on experience in EDMS (Electronic Document Management system) & Test Management tools.

The role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to develop clear and concise reports. The candidate should also be able to work on complex projects with minimal guidance and handle multiple priorities with enthusiasm.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Computer System Validation/Quality Compliance in a FDA Regulated industry.
  • Fundamental knowledge of cGMP concepts and FDA/EMA regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA Regulated manufacturing processes and GMPs.
  • Hands-on experience in EDMS (Electronic Document Management system) & Test Management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
