Multimedia Content Developer

At Lyxel&Flamingo (L&F), we are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Content Developer to join our post-production team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to assist in crafting high-quality video content, ensuring seamless storytelling and visual excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of editing techniques, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with creative vision and project requirements.
- Manage and organize media assets, maintaining proper file structures and project documentation.
- Work closely with senior editors, producers, and other creative teams to ensure smooth post-production processes.
- E nsure precise alignment of video and audio tracks, including dialogue, sound effects, and music.
- Apply basic color correction and grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance storytelling.
- Integrate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects when needed.
- Implement feedback efficiently and maintain quality standards across all deliverables.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of video editing experience in a professional environment.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of various video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
- A good sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling through visual media.
- Ability to spot errors and ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
In addition to the above requirements, it would be beneficial if you have experience with:
- Motion graphics and VFX.
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
- Familiarity with color grading and LUT application.
