Driven by a passion for quality, we are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As part of our squad, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of software quality across the entire SDLC.">About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with 4+ years of experience in manual and automated testing, testing methodologies, and driving quality throughout the SDLC.

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to refine requirements and define test scenarios.
  • Ensure compliance with software development and testing standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
  • Hands-on expertise in manual testing, test automation, and API testing.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries for database validation.
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
