Role Overview

The Associate Director Financial Reporting position is a critical leadership role that oversees the organization's financial reporting and treasury charter. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, experience with Indian GAAP and IND-AS, and excellent stakeholder management abilities.

  • Lead timely and accurate financial reporting for statutory and management purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
  • Develop and implement technical accounting standards, ensuring appropriate disclosures.
  • Partner with FP&A, business finance, and investor relations teams to align internal and external reporting frameworks.

Key Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Strong exposure to IND-AS, consolidation, and complex technical accounting areas.
  • Prior experience in a pre-IPO or listed company is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
