Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a variety of tasks and work in a multiple-disciplinary team to mentor junior software engineers and clearly communicate findings through presentations and reporting
  • Understand requirements and create high-level designs, decomposing them into detailed designs
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs
  • Create software detailed designs and support their implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives
  • Clearly understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations
Requirements
  • Total 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in application design and development
  • Experience in working on complex automotive projects owning responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing software solutions in AUTOSAR
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++
  • Knowledge of Agile SW development process
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms
  • Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns
  • Good understanding of ISO26262
