Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team in an Inbound International process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients worldwide.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work efficiently under pressure to achieve daily KPIs. They will also possess a caring and sympathetic nature, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 'wow' experiences for customers via email, chat, or phone calls.
  • Help implement new efficiencies and processes to improve customer service and speed.
  • Design email responses to leave customers happy and satisfied.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to support and motivate each other.
