Financial Operations Expert

The role of Financial Operations Expert involves overseeing the financial aspects of an organization. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial statements, as well as driving business decisions through data analysis.

  • Preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to conduct periodic accounting reviews, supporting valuation processes, and treasury functions including capital call monitoring, reconciliations, and liquidity planning.
  • Providing transaction support for capital deployment, preparing and distributing quarterly investor reports, capital account statements, and financial summaries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Managing investor communication for capital calls and distributions, maintaining logs and receipt tracking, and responding to investor queries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Assisting in audit preparations and financial disclosures, reviewing ad-hoc financial models and dashboards for internal decision-making, and collaborating with tax advisors on direct and indirect tax returns, assessments, and related work areas.
  • Collaborating closely with the Accounts team to review monthly financial statements across all entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal financial controls.
  • Supervising the preparation and submission of tax filings, overseeing end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, and leading the preparation of annual budgets and consolidated accounts and cash flow forecasts.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 4-5 years of experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
