We are seeking an experienced Project Portfolio Management (PPM) expert to join our team. As a PPM expert, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring EcoSys, a leading enterprise project performance platform.
EcoSys is a comprehensive solution that combines project portfolio management, project controls, and project management in one platform. You will lead the configuration of portfolios, projects, contracts, and cost modules, as well as design and implement cost classes, coding structures, WBS, timesheets, budget forecasting workflows, change controls, and governance templates.
You will also establish baselines, progress capture EACEVM calculations, variance analysis, dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals KPIs, orchestrate integrations between EcoSys and ERP systems such as SAP, CRM, SFDC schedulers, Primavera P6MS, Project, EDW, Snowflake, IICS to enable single source reporting.
In addition, you will build portfolio and project dashboards, KPI cost schedule performance funding vs actuals leveraging EcoSys reports align to reporting cadences. Translate governance into EcoSys processes gates approvals auditability author SOPsRunbooks and conduct user training.
You will engage program leads, finance controllers, PMs, and data teams manage change requests and cutovers aligned to SoW deliverables. Required qualifications include 6-10 years in PPM Project Controls with 3 years hands-on EcoSys configuration and admin experience. Strong cost management budgeting forecasting and EVM knowledge monthly close processes.
Proven integration experience with SAP SFDC EDW Snowflake IICS or similar ETL ability to define source to EcoSys mappings. Reporting skills EcoSys native plus Power BI Tableau for enterprise distribution. Solid SQL data modelling fundamentals Agile delivery Scrum SAFe.
