Job Title: Finacle Automation Testing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Finacle Automation Testing Specialist.

As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for performing functional, regression, and automation testing on Finacle applications. Your strong understanding of Banking Domain processes and expertise in Automation Testing will enable you to analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, regression, and automation testing on Finacle applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and other QA team members to ensure quality delivery.
  • Execute test cases across Finacle modules and track defects using standard tools.
  • Provide support during UAT, SIT, and production rollouts.
  • Contribute to test automation framework enhancements and drive efficiency in test execution.
  • Document test results, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finacle application testing.
  • Strong understanding of Banking Domain processes (Retail/Corporate Banking).
  • Expertise in Automation Testing (Selenium / UFT / Tosca / or equivalent tools).
  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following Finacle modules:
  • Loans Lifecycle / CMCP
  • CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)
  • Customer Account Creation
  • Term Deposits
  • WMS (Wealth Management System)
