Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide life and wellness coaching services as an independent contractor. Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore, discover, and grow.

Clients will be supported in developing the skills necessary to achieve meaningful and sustainable change, and thrive in areas that matter most to them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their objectives related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our support team whenever needed.
  • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding values of diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • Be actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body.
  • Have a minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Be adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
  • Have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support.
  • Be comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Be committed to quality care and continuous improvement.
