We're seeking an accomplished Art Director to lead the creative vision of a large-scale video production project across multiple studios daily. This role demands someone who thrives at the intersection of artistic storytelling and operational excellence, delivering content that's not just beautiful, but built to perform at scale.

The ideal candidate is a proven creative leader who can balance artistry with operational scale and ensure high-quality, consistent output across multiple units with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity, style, and tone of the project.
  • Oversee Daily Creative Output: Oversee daily creative output across multiple studios, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
  • Develop Playbooks and Guidelines: Create playbooks, guidelines, and workflows for scalable video production.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Producers: Collaborate with directors, producers, and cinematographers to bring concepts to life.
  • Lead and Mentor Design/Production Teams: Lead and mentor large design/production teams, ensuring creative excellence.
  • Balance Artistic Direction with Timelines and Budgets: Balance artistic direction with timelines, budgets, and high-volume execution.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 Years of Experience: 4–6 years of experience in art direction for film, ads, or large video productions.
  • Strong Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing branded content and e-commerce video work.
