Business Development Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion of offline payment operations in India.

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with national and regional offline brands and retailers to form alliances and promote the adoption of digital payments.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key partners and stores, positioning them as preferred choices for digital transactions.
  • Manage multiple priorities while working with internal and external partners to forecast and report business growth.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in sales and account management, specifically in B2B environments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of professional or military experience
  • Experience in generating new opportunities, pipeline tracking, and deal execution
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and key performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Background in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
  • Success in outbound account management or prospecting roles in B2B environments
  • Advanced experience using CRM software, including dashboard and report development
