Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Network Management Solution Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for leading technical and business discussions with internal and customer experts. Your comprehensive understanding and experience with IP/Optical networking, OSS, and SDN technologies will enable you to drive project goals and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs analysis workshops with customers to gather detailed business requirements, use cases, and project outcomes while suggesting solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop proof of concept artifacts promptly and demonstrate solutions clearly on demand.
  • Document project goals and requirements, ensuring shared understanding between customers and team members.
  • Stay connected with product and services unit product managers to understand product roadmaps, features, and service offerings.
  • Regularly interact with product teams to suggest strategies, initiatives, and remedies for existing or new products/features.
  • Provide direction, assistance, and answer questions to customers and delivery teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 to 12 years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with senior executives, sales, account teams, and program owners.
  • Strong programming skills (Python, Java, JavaScript, Golang, etc.) and a solid grasp of Object-Oriented software design concepts.
  • Knowledge of network management concepts, protocols, and modeling (REST, RESTCONF, YANG).
  • Experience with containerized applications (K8s), KVM, Vagrant, Docker, OpenStack.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of OpenStack's Mistral Workflow Service and Intent-based Networking (IBN) concepts is recommended.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
