Center Operations Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Center Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our academic training center. This role will be responsible for managing overall center operations, supervising faculty and staff, counseling prospective students and parents, and driving admissions and student engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall center operations, including academics, administration, and business development.
  • Supervise faculty and staff to ensure quality teaching and smooth functioning.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career options.
  • Drive admissions, student engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Monitor academic schedules, student performance, and feedback systems.
  • Achieve center targets related to admissions, revenue, and student outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality standards.
  • Handle day-to-day administration, resource allocation, and problem resolution.
  • Organize events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Education, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and meet business goals.
  • Familiarity with academic operations and student management systems.
