Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Interior Design Head to spearhead our design projects.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be adept at sharing drawings and information with clients.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing measurement layout plans, furniture layout plans, and designing 2D elevations.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will create detailed civil, electrical, plumbing, and individual furniture plans.
  • Other key duties include preparing BOQ, costing, and rate analysis reports.
  • The selected candidate will also visit sites regularly to monitor progress and address requirements.
  • We require a proactive team leader who can manage product catalogues and sample arrangements efficiently.
  • This role involves performing additional tasks assigned by management and leading a team of designers to ensure project success.
