Telecom Integration Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in 5G network projects to support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of RAN and transport equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform integration, commissioning, and configuration of RAN (LTE/5G) and transport nodes for various projects.
  • Work on AirScale, Flexi, and other RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in RAN integration (LTE/5G), preferably on telecom network projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
  • Familiarity with OSS tools and project management methodologies.
