  • Lead all aspects of finance, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
  • Owning strategic financial planning and partnering with leadership to drive business growth.
  • Build financial models that help the company see around corners and make smarter decisions.
  • Lead investor and board reporting with clarity and confidence.
  • Own audits, compliance, and legal coordination with external partners.
  • Build a small but mighty finance function that scales with the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces.
  • A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics.
  • Strategic finance chops — you're not just operational; you think big and long-term.
  • Experience building financial systems and models from scratch.
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without losing accuracy.
