Industrial Designer Position

We are seeking a visionary Industrial Designer to shape the future of our next-generation energy solutions. This pivotal role combines customer-centric research, market insight, and cutting-edge design leadership to define products that are both functional and distinctive.

The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end design of 1-phase and 3-phase LT/HT meters and rack-mounted devices, ensuring every product embodies simplicity, consistency, and innovation. Key responsibilities include conducting field visits, translating insights into comprehensive design requirements documents, and developing industrial designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, cost, and reliability.

Critical skills include a deep understanding of usability, manufacturability, and scalability principles. The successful candidate will drive initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership while enhancing manufacturability and scalability. They will also continuously push the boundaries of industrial design to reinforce our reputation as an innovation-driven, market-leading brand.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in industrial design.
