As a Senior EDI Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's eSolutions function and EDI capabilities.

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management, and collaborative skills to implement, manage, and optimize EDI systems and workflows.

The successful candidate will ensure that all electronic transactions meet both business and compliance requirements of our partners and drive continuous improvements in EDI processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • EDI System Development and Optimization
    • Lead the setup, maintenance, configuration, and optimization of partner integrations
    • Ensure optimal performance through routine system monitoring and analysis
    • Implement EDI standards and new transaction types based on business and partner requirements
    • Evaluate EDI processes for opportunities to improve and streamline data flows for optimal efficiency and ease-of-use
  • Projects and Implementation
    • Participate and lead EDI implementation initiatives and projects
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP and 3PL stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain data maps and transaction sets
  • Technical Support and Training
    • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident handling
    • Train internal teams in processes and systems
    • Enhance team's abilities to resolve EDI issues independently
