Job Title: Junction Box Installation Specialist

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and installing junction boxes on solar panels as per technical specifications. This involves conducting quality checks to ensure proper connection and functionality of the junction boxes, operating tools and equipment used in the assembly process, identifying and resolving issues related to wiring and connections, and maintaining and cleaning equipment to ensure smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and Installation: Assemble and install junction boxes on solar panels as per technical specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure proper connection and functionality of junction boxes.
  • Tool Operation: Operate tools and equipment used in the assembly process.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to wiring and connections.
  • Maintenance: Maintain and clean equipment to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in wiring or electrical assembly preferred.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical components and circuits.
  • Skill: Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability: Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
