About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing essential support to the business unit in processing transactions, responding to queries, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic: Demonstrate expertise in handling customer transactions and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely settlement.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to enhance our reputation and meet customer expectations. Work closely with CSD & front teams to provide seamless support while adhering to compliance and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the Department Head in promoting high-quality customer service among team members and escalating any unresolved issues promptly.

Candidate Profile:

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • In-depth knowledge of deposit operations
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Understanding of local banking regulations

Education / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
