Clinical Research Coordinator Specialist

As a key member of our research team, you will play a vital role in the planning, execution and coordination of clinical research studies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of clinical research studies from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Screen, recruit and enroll eligible participants according to study protocols, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Obtain informed consent and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies, upholding ethical standards throughout the process.
  • Schedule study visits, conduct assessments and collect data promptly and accurately, fostering effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with principal investigators, study sponsors and other team members, facilitating seamless collaboration and information exchange.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical research coordination, preferably in a similar role or capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with experience using electronic data capture systems an asset.
