About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall building and facilities maintenance of our site in Bangalore. This includes reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
You will work closely with the Landlord and Amazon Real Estate team to ensure compliance with Indian laws and regulations, including Hazwaste management, Pressure vessels, Calibrations, Pollution control board requirements, Electricity board requirements, weights & measurement, license & permits, and FSSAI food safety standards.
Your responsibilities will also include preparing annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, conducting RCA for incidents/breakdowns, creating contingency plans for critical equipment, and developing vendor AMCs with appropriate service levels.
In addition, you will manage a team of Maintenance technicians and 3rd party facilities service providers, define goals and priorities, organize staff planning, and ensure adherence to Amazon's Safety Policy.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Reliability Program Management or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with computers, including MS Excel, Word, and Office
- Team management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem-solving, and client/customer relations experience
- Preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics experience
