Technical Lead - Test and Commissioning Expert

We seek a skilled professional to lead the testing and commissioning of modular, highly automated food equipment. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and procedures.

Your expertise in testing methodologies and tools will enable you to perform functional, performance, and safety testing with precision. You will document test results and provide feedback to engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration of components.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for ice cream equipment.
  • Perform thorough functional, performance, and safety testing to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Document test results and provide insightful feedback to engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Closely cooperate with production team to achieve high-quality output.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Related Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in testing and commissioning of modular, highly automated food equipment, preferably ice cream equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with customer-focused mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project) and SAP for business reporting purposes.
  • Good understanding of service business and customer needs, with ability to communicate effectively.
