Job Opportunity: Senior Wealth Management Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wealth Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management, with expertise in managing high net worth individuals (HNIs) and family offices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships with HNIs and family offices.
  • Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Offer expert advisory services on mutual funds, alternative investment funds, portfolio management services, real estate investment trusts, and infrastructure investment trusts within a specific ticket size range.
  • Business Growth & Strategy: Contribute to the growth of our wealth management business by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand our client base.
  • Market Positioning & Networking: Represent us at industry events and strengthen our brand positioning in the market.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7-12 years in wealth management, with experience in managing HNIs and family offices.
  • Skills: Strong relationships with HNIs and family offices, expertise in wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes.
  • Qualifications: Proven ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios, entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation, experience in building and leading teams.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking.

Bonus Points: Candidates with experience in building and leading teams will be preferred.
