**Job Title:** Property Manager

A leading organization is seeking a property manager to oversee villas located in Siolim, North Goa. We're looking for candidates with experience in hospitality, particularly in guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance and inventory management.

The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and have strong communication skills, with the ability to manage staff and daily operations efficiently. Own transportation and flexibility in working-hours are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Supervise support staff including butlers, housekeepers, cooks, and gardeners
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and housekeeping standards
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks
  • Train staff as needed
  • Submit daily operational reports to management

Requirements:

Experience in hospitality, particularly in guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance and inventory management. Strong communication skills, ability to manage staff and daily operations efficiently. Flexibility in working-hours and own transportation.
