We are seeking a seasoned Application Performance Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Monitoring and Optimization: Proven expertise in setting up and configuring monitoring tools, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of applications.
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Experience in identifying and resolving complex application issues through thorough analysis and investigation.
  • Idea Generation and Implementation: Identifying recurring problems and implementing long-term fixes, as well as defining and fine-tuning alerts for optimal results.
  • Integration and Incident Management: Integrating monitoring alerts into incident management tooling, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks, as well as expertise in setting up alarming for various tools.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze and optimize application code with respect to error handling and alerting, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Liaison Role: Experience in a similar liaison role between application and platform teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • ITIL Practices: Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles, including problem-solving and service management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
