Job Description Overview:

The primary function of this internship is to handle candidate communications, verify documentation accuracy, and ensure that all interactions are conducted in a professional manner with empathy.

This is a full-time opportunity where you will work six days a week, Monday-Saturday. As a customer support specialist, you will address inquiries and resolve issues via email or chat, providing timely responses and clear guidance.

You will review documents provided by candidates for completeness and communicate any additional information required. Additionally, you will educate candidates on the documentation process, offering support and clarity to ensure they understand the requirements.

Responsibilities include documenting candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs, and creating and maintaining support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.

To excel in this role, you will require strong written and verbal communication skills, a basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
