Job Position: Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop frames and graphics according to client brand guidelines, meeting quality metrics.
  • Create high-quality deliverables under guidance, adhering to client requirements.
  • Design diverse print & digital variants, including Emailers, Visual-Aids, Brochures, Snippets, Emailers, RTE's, Posters, Websites, landing pages, iPad applications.
  • Develop colour palettes, stylesheets as per directions.
  • Conduct independent research to ensure accuracy of all materials produced.
  • Support UI design efforts.
  • Produce drafts for client review and revise based on feedback.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of experience in digital and print medium.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (mandatory), along with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • A strong portfolio of Illustrations or other graphics.
  • Expertise with design systems is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and timeline-driven individual with good communication skills and multitasking abilities.
