Job Overview: This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day project management and execution within a specific vertical, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Production. As part of a team of 2-3 producers, this role focuses on managing production tasks from brief to delivery, adhering to all internal and external processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and execute daily production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress from initial brief to final asset delivery.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with all due processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and internal workflows, while maintaining accurate records and updates.
  • Execution Oversight: Manage task assignments, vendor coordination, and quality checks to ensure projects meet timelines and creative standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and other teams to facilitate seamless project flow and resolve any operational issues.
  • Client Support: Assist in client communications as needed, providing updates and ensuring deliverables align with client expectations under the AD's direction.
  • Risk Monitoring: Identify potential delays or issues early, escalating to the Associate Director as required, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and team efficiency by sharing insights from daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate will have

  • a solid foundation in production;
  • a proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver projects on time;
  • a strong understanding of production workflows, including creative development, asset creation, and delivery across digital and traditional media;
  • excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration and basic client interactions;
  • strong attention to detail in managing processes, documentation, and compliance;
  • a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field.
