Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in finance such as Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Financial Derivatives, Financial Modeling, and related areas.
• Design syllabi, develop teaching content, and use innovative pedagogy.
• Guide students in projects, internships, and dissertations.
• Engage in high-quality research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
• Contribute to departmental activities, curriculum development, and academic planning.
• Mentor students on academic, career, and research pursuits.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and industry interactions.
• Collaborate with industry and academia for consultancy and research projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Ph.D. in Finance from a recognized university/institution is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in teaching, research, or relevant industry roles.
• Proven record of research publications in reputed journals.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with teaching tools and financial software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Bloomberg, etc.).

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to FinTech, Financial Analytics, or Sustainable Finance.
• Experience in handling case-based teaching and real-world financial simulations.
• Ability to engage students using contemporary teaching methods.
