Job Description

As a social compliance auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure clients' adherence to relevant international labor standards and human rights. You will engage with multicultural environments, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a degree in Law, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment, with an advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and results-driven orientation.
  • Operate effectively in diverse socio-economic environments.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance and CTPAT auditing, with at least 200 verifiable social compliance audit days.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is preferred.
  • Hold SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI, Higg, or equivalent certifications as a plus.
  • Stay knowledgeable on international and local labor standards, as well as human rights issues.
