Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced lecturer to deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and case-study-based sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate Management courses.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and updating curriculum and course materials aligned with current economic policies, business practices, and academic standards.
  2. He/She will guide students in academic projects, dissertations, research, and internships related to economics and management.
  3. The lecturer will assess and evaluate students' coursework, assignments, presentations, and examinations.
  4. He/She will organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance applied learning.
  5. The successful candidate is expected to engage in academic research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals and conferences in the field of Economics and Management.
  6. Contribution to departmental meetings, committees, and curriculum enhancement initiatives is also required.
  7. The lecturer should stay updated with economic trends, policy changes, and emerging methodologies, and integrate them into teaching and research.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Master's / Ph.D. in Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, or a related discipline is essential.
  • Prior teaching and/or industry/research experience in Economics is preferred.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools, statistical software (e.g., R, STATA, SPSS), and data interpretation is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
